The Northern Network Alliance (NNA) has been engaged by LinkWater, a state government-owned company, to design and construct the NPI - Stage 2. The NNA consists of LinkWater Projects, McConnell Dowell, Abigroup and KBR. LinkWater Projects is a state government-owned and incorporated company. It was established as a Special Purpose Vehicle in January 2006 for the design and construction of bulk water pipelines in South East Queensland (SEQ). McConnell Dowell is an Australian-based multi-discipline engineering, construction and service company, operating throughout Australia, Asia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and the Middle East. The Group delivers civil, marine, electrical, mechanical, pipelines and tunnel construction solutions. Abigroup Limited is one of Australia’s largest engineering, building and asset development companies. Abigroup invests in infrastructure projects, undertakes works in all areas of engineering and has extensive building experience across a range of development styles. KBR is a leading global engineering, construction and services company. They support multiple industries, particularly focussing on the energy, hydrocarbon, government and civil infrastructure sectors.
